Typically I prefer you send in new closure for replacement, depending on the size of the hole. The closure will continue to rip, so its just better to provide a new closure.

It is necessary to revamp every 4-6 weeks. You should send in revamp often if you don’t wash and shampoo often. Closure and track replacement would typically be every 3 months

Honestly most wigs can be brought back to life, especially if the closure/ frontal is replaced. I would say 3yrs maximum, after that its just better to invest in a new wig.

I typically work on wigs upon arrival. Ill notify you once I receive the wig, and when its done and ready to be sent. It takes longer for color service because I have to work a little longer on them which is typically a two day process. Then of course we rely on the postal service.

My units come with instructions on all hair care information. For your unit and natural hair underneath.

They are from a trusted vendor, all human hair so they should last 2 years with proper care/revamps, 4 years if you’re alternating.

Cornrows or shaved head are usually the best options. I also send detailed hair care instructions with your unit.

Yes. Any wig that you may have in your closet or stored away can come to me for some TLC. The only units I don’t recommend are synthetic wigs and thats because you can’t wash them or apply heat.
